QUALITY CONTROL
Extreme attention is paid to quality controls, defined on the basis of specific control plans and procedures that establish
- strict controls to ensure the quality of the raw material used
- in-process statistical checks to ensure a quality level AQL at least equal to 1, set against the technical standard UNI ISO 2859-1, with the possibility of operating up to AQL = 0.65 at the request of customer
- controls with 100% sampling of finished details with production batch, for special treatment or special request of customer.
- 100% accurate final test of finisched mechanical compounds.
For the dimensional controls the departments of the mechanical Division have included a full range of measurement instrumentation, carefully managed in a systematic way to ensure the constant and absolute reliability, using Calibration Centres SIT too.

ASSEMBLY OF MECHANICAL ELEMENTS
Ardenghi Brothers assembles different kind of equipment of mechanical instrumentation or of carpentery. The processing is carried out also for account terzi.
The assemblies can be made on site or directly in workshops Ardenghi Brothers.
